We’re on the hunt for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at The Bended Elbow – Albury’s iconic multi-level pub known for its lively atmosphere, great food, and warm hospitality.

As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to lead the team, deliver consistently high-quality dishes, and keep service running smoothly in a busy, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
  • Ability to lead, train, and inspire a team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen compliance
  • Creativity and passion for producing fresh, delicious pub classics and seasonal specials
