Our renovation is nearly complete, bringing you a brand-new Bistro and Sports Bar — and we’re busier than ever! We’re now on the lookout for an experienced Duty Manager to join our passionate and professional team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you.

At The Boomerang Hotel, we’re all about great food, cold drinks, and a warm, welcoming vibe. We’re proud of our reputation as a top local pub and are looking for a hands-on duty manager who shares our passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.

We are offering:

Essential requirements:

  • Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role 
  • Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
  • Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
  • Extensive restaurant & bar experience
  • Strong experience working in a gaming venue 
  • Knowledge of TAB and wagering 
  • Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience 
  • Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated 
  • Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license 
  • CLO - Desirable not necessary
