Are you a brand strategist with a passion for bringing venues to life?
We’re looking for a Brand Project Manager to take the lead on transforming and relaunching our brownfield projects — turning good venues into great ones, and ensuring they hit the ground running from day one.

In this role, you’ll manage projects end-to-end: from in-depth research and concept development to high-impact marketing launches and post-opening performance optimisation. You’ll work cross-departmentally with operations, design, marketing, and finance teams to create data-led brand proposals, deliver engaging launch campaigns, and set venues up for long-term success.

Beyond brownfield projects, you’ll also lend your expertise to exciting brand initiatives such as new acquisitions, beverage brand campaigns, PR activity, and other strategic cross-department projects.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the full lifecycle of brownfield projects – from market research to relaunch and beyond.
  • Developing compelling brand strategies backed by customer insights, competitive analysis, and financial targets.
  • Creating and executing launch marketing plans in collaboration with marketing and digital teams.
  • Monitoring post-launch performance and implementing tactics to maintain or boost revenue in the critical first 90 days.
  • Supporting other brand projects across PR, acquisitions, and product launches.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ senior hospitality marketing experience, with a proven track record in brand development and scalable concepts.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse data and make decisions that drive growth.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects from concept to delivery, on time and on budget.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Technical marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand storytelling, and working with designers to bring ideas to life.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business or marketing (or equivalent experience).

Why you’ll thrive here:
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll see your work come to life across a diverse portfolio of venues. You’ll have the creative freedom to shape brands, the resources to deliver exceptional launches, and the commercial visibility to measure your success in real time.

If you’re ready to take on a role where strategy meets creativity and execution, we’d love to hear from you.
