As we gear up for another incredible summer in the Bay, Cleveland Sands Hotel is growing its already outstanding team – and we’re looking for two new Duty Managers to join the fun!

Cleveland Sands is the ultimate venue for anyone passionate about live music, entertainment, great food, and exceptional service. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and you’ll be part of an energetic team in the Bay’s premier food & entertainment venue.

We’re seeking hospitality professionals with proven management experience in a comparable venue, exceptional customer service skills, and a polished presentation. If you’re ready to take the next step in your career, lead with confidence, and grow in a dynamic environment – this is your chance!

We are offering: 

  • Competitive Salary $76,000 - $80,000 + Plus Super

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar venue
  • Strong expertise in Gaming & Wagering 
  • Exceptional food & Beverage knowledge
  • Superior time management & organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Ability to work nights & weekends
  • Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
  • Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license 
  • CLO - Desirable, not necessary
