The Brighton Hotel Motel is a local favourite on Brisbane’s northside, known for its relaxed atmosphere, great pub classics, and welcoming service. We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver a quality dining experience for our loyal locals and visitors alike.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Leading and mentoring the team to ensure consistency and quality
  • Contributing to menu development and specials
  • Managing stock, ordering, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
  • Passion for producing high-quality pub meals
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
