Sous Chef
We’re on the hunt for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading the team. You’ll oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain high culinary standards, and help drive menu consistency and execution across all services.
What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume venue
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of kitchen operations, cost control & team training
• A passion for great food and delivering memorable dining experiences

Function Chef
Our Function Chef will take the lead on delivering exceptional catering for Regatta’s busy event calendar. From intimate gatherings to large-scale functions, you’ll ensure quality, presentation, and timing are second to none.
What you’ll bring:

• Experience managing function and event service in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational and prep planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple menus and dietary requirements
• A hands-on approach and commitment to premium presentation

Chef de Partie
We’re seeking an experienced CDP who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You’ll take ownership of your section, deliver consistent quality, and play a key role in supporting the brigade during busy services.
What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong attention to detail and timing
• Ability to stay clean, fast & composed under pressure

Commis Chef
Ready to grow your skills in a structured, supportive team? This role will see you working across multiple sections, gaining hands-on experience while learning from a talented brigade.
What you’ll bring:

• 1–2 years’ kitchen experience
• A hunger to learn and develop your craft
• A reliable, calm and can-do attitude
