Chef de Partie
We’re seeking an experienced CDP who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You’ll take ownership of your section, deliver consistent quality, and play a key role in supporting the brigade during busy services.
What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen
  • Strong attention to detail and timing
  • Ability to stay clean, fast & composed under pressure

Commis Chef
Ready to grow your skills in a structured, supportive team? This role will see you working across multiple sections, gaining hands-on experience while learning from a talented brigade.
What you’ll bring:

  • 1–2 years’ kitchen experience
  • A hunger to learn and develop your craft
  • A reliable, calm and can-do attitude
