About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef who thrives in a high-volume kitchen and leads with confidence, energy, and pride. You will drive culinary standards, champion team development, and ensure consistency in every service. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being visible in the kitchen, leading by example, and building a strong, motivated brigade.

You Will Need

• Demonstrated experience as a Head Chef in a busy pub or tavern environment

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, development, and team culture

• Operational excellence under pressure and a solutions-focused mindset

• Proven ability to design, cost, and execute menus with consistency and creativity

• Proven experience managing stock, labour, and cost control metrics

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, compliance, and kitchen systems

• Confident communicator with strong collaboration abilities

• Experience managing functions and large-scale event menus

• Tech-savvy across POS, MS Office, and kitchen management systems
