About the Role
The Reform Implementation Lead will support the rollout of the new psychological injury reform. This role will lead planning and delivery of reform activities, coordinate work across multiple teams, and ensure changes are well‑implemented and embedded into everyday practice. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who can manage complexity, drive progress, and support teams to adopt new ways of working.

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Reform Implementation Lead you will:
Key Responsibilities include:
- Plan and deliver reform initiatives.
- Translate legislation and policy into clear operational processes, system changes, procedures, and guidance.
- Inform implementation across the delivery workstreams.
- Identify risks, issues and dependencies, and actively manage mitigation strategies.
- Provide practical, hands-on support to operational teams to resolve delivery challenges.
- Monitor progress and prepare structured updates for the Manager and senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement using performance insights and feedback.
Skills & Experience
- Strong execution skills with the ability to move between strategic thinking and detailed operational delivery.
- Proven experience working across regulatory, operational and assurance environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Desirable - Experience delivering reform, transformation or complex operational change.
- Desirable - Knowledge of claims management, early intervention and return to work frameworks.
