About the Role
The People Systems Specialist is responsible for delivering specialist expertise to maintain, support, and enhance icare’s HRIS and associated people systems.

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; in this role, you will:
- Support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Payroll, Performance and Goals, Recruitment, Learning) and other systems to meet evolving business needs.
- Provide day-to-day system support on incidents and change requests raised via Service Now and escalate complex queries/issues to the Team lead/Manager.
- Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and UAT testing to ensure successful deployment of new functionality and modules.
- Partner with broader P&C and other business teams to gather, document, and analyse requirements for system enhancements, integrations, process improvements and strategic system initiatives.
- Support other system integrations with P&C systems e.g. SailPoint Management, Okta, Page Up, SAP Fieldglass, ServiceNow, SCPI, S/4 SAP.
- Ensure the integrity and compliance of SAP SuccessFactors elements like Organisation, Job Architecture, and Position Management through effective HRIS governance and data management practices.
- Responsible for the consultation, execution and support of SF data integration and migration to ensure seamless and accurate data flow across systems.
Skills & Experience
- Solid working knowledge of the full suite of HR systems and in particular SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong stakeholder (both internal and external) management skills.
- Experience troubleshooting and working effectively with third parties to resolve where required.
- Well-developed data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Tertiary level qualification in a business technology or related discipline or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through extensive practical experience.
- Experience in project methodologies i.e being able to demonstrate and follow project governance and methodologies such as waterfall and agile principals will be desirable
