About the Role
This role is to provide operational support and guidance to the Medical Support Panel (MSP) members and be responsible for leading and implementing the administrative systems and procedures.

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Medical Support Panel Senior Coordinator you will:
• Provide support and guidance to the MSP Coordinators in their day-to-day work, responding to issues which may emerge.
• Provide operational guidance, coordination and process improvement support to the team through leading system development projects and testing.
• Liaise with and influence relevant stakeholders, including Claim Service Providers, medical specialists and team members to ensure that they support the activities of the MSP.
• Undertake quality assurance checks on panel referrals and coordinate the process of gaining additional information required from Claim Service Providers.
• Oversee and provide guidance on triaging of referrals to medical specialists to ensure all matters are handled in a timely manner.
• Manage and oversee particular aspects of MSP activities, including rostering, monitoring panel outcomes, resources, and developing and implementing procedures.
 
 
Skills & Experience 
• A broad range of experience in leading administrative and support activities 
• Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders 
• Well-developed ability to create appropriate and engaging presentations and documentation 
• Highly resilient and adaptable to a dynamic and changing environment 
• Demonstrated attention to detail combined with the ability to think analytically
