Duties

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will:

• Lead solution design, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
• Provide end-to-end ownership of architecture from concept to implementation.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business needs with technical solutions.
• Communicate and document architecture across application, integration, security, and infrastructure domains.
• Ensure solutions meet business objectives, managing trade-offs and securing stakeholder buy-in.
• Present and obtain approval for designs from the Architecture Review Board.
• Support and mentor other solution architects to enhance architectural capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices within the architecture function.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 8 years in the role of a solution architect or equivalent
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
• Structured thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Ability to influence and manage stakeholders
• Experience delivering end to end solution designs (high level and detailed)
• Experience working on medium / large programs/projects.
• Experience in producing end to end solution architecture encompassing functional, application, data, security, infrastructure and integration.
• Experience in communicating technical concepts to business people with a focus on business value and benefit.
• Experience in providing technical leadership and negotiate outcomes with other technical stakeholders.
• Experience in dealing with and managing multiple vendors.
• Experience in CRM and digital channel architecture and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and digital channel technologies (e.g., phone, web portals, mobile apps, social media).
• Proven track record of delivering complex CRM and digital channel solutions enabling Microservice solutions.

Highly Desirable:

• Financial services experience, preferably insurance.
• Certification in architecture framework(s) e.g. TOGAF
• Knowledge of Saleforce, Guidewire, Mulesoft and AWS services
