About the Role

As a member of the Quality Assurance team, assist in the delivery of the quality assurance program which supports the operational delivery of services to General Insurance and Care schemes.

Duties

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Quality and Assurance Compliance Advisor you will:

  • Assist implementation, analysis and reporting on General Insurance & Care quality assurance programs and activities ensuring compliance to NSW standards and guidelines.
  • Lead and execute quality assurance services to GI & Care Schemes through developing, monitoring and testing performance against internal procedures, and relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Make recommendations for improving business practices and activities for continuous improvement and compliance to procedures and relevant guidelines/standards.
  • Collaborate with the General Insurance & Care quality assurance team in providing advice and guidance to business leaders on the quality assurance program results.
  • Assist in drafting the quality assurance holistic and deep dive reviews of claims, complaints and call recordings.
  • Actively participate in transformation activities providing quality assurance related services.
  • Contribute to ongoing systems and data reporting development to support quality assurance activity.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the broader Risk, Planning and Transformation team and other areas of the business to appropriately share information for efficient and effective operations.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Broad range of experience developing and implementing quality assurance programs preferably in the personal injury sector.
  • Occasional interstate travel and attendance at meetings and conferences, training and development events on evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in relevant health or disability areas.
