About the Role

Support and influence readiness and embedment of provider change programs for existing and new providers. Partner with existing and new Provider groups to ensure smooth transition and onboarding into the icare operating environment

Duties

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Transition Specialist

you will:

  • Lead the onboarding of new Claims and Third-party Service Providers in accordance with contractual requirements, ensuring provider readiness and enablement to deliver on outcomes.
  • Contribute to design and management of provider enablement, readiness and onboarding processes to ensure a continuous delivery of customer requirements and effective service provision.
  • Ensure seamless execution of any changes to existing Claims and Service provider arrangements or legislative requirements, providing support as required to Claims and Service Providers.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of claims movements on across workers compensation schemes, including small transfers from self-insurers, comcare, etc.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the overall Provider onboarding and offboarding strategy.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in the development & delivery of communication and change management within the financial/commercial/insurance industry.
  • Understanding of legislative and regulatory frameworks in NSW Workers compensation.
  • Prior experience in developing or contributing to the development and implementation of communication and training plans.
  • Prior experience in project management/change management or managing transition plans or equivalent.
