About the Role

Our People Services Consultants are at the centre of our people services team to deliver an outstanding experience for our icare employees.  You will  identify opportunities to improve employee experience, workflow processes, customer support services and promote an agile, flexible approach to service delivery and provide timely transactional support.

Duties

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as People Services Consultant you will:

  • Provide consistently high-quality customer service by interpreting and resolving first-contact enquiries from internal customers and external vendors in a fast-paced employee services environment.
  • Process a range of operational HR transactions across the business accurately and efficiently, referencing employee services knowledge articles to ensure transactions are consistently executed according to requirements.
  • Manage end to end administration process of onboarding, offboarding and other employee lifecycle changes.
  • Achieve the employee services performance goals for customer satisfaction, efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent customer service, organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in supporting human resources activities, SuccessFactors, Service Now
