About the Role
Working in our Workforce Planning & Reward team, and interacting across the People and Communications teams, you’ll own and improve our reporting and people data solutions. You will provide expertise in building effective reporting solutions whilst ensuring the effective implementation of our Data Governance practices. Additionally, you’ll work your Analytics peers to enable efficient extraction and transformation processes and deliver advanced analytics solutions to stakeholders.

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as People Data & Analytics Specialist, you will:
• Maintain, enhance and continue to evolve end to end reporting and analytics solutions
• Own our People Reporting solutions including data extraction and transformation from a variety of sources (HRIS/SuccessFactors, employee surveys, employment records and wider HR technology solutions).
• Build effective reporting solutions within SF and Power BI, with a focus on enabling controlled self-service
• Lead data governance actvities to ensure accuracy, accessibility, consistency, and protection
• Design and implement effective data governance activities including audits, control design and testing, data retention and security
• Enable business transformation and design activities ensuring data quality and integrity by managing data generation and validation
• Act as a data analytics SME to People & Communications projects Provide research and analysis to support detailed data analysis projects using various analytical skills (e.g., statistical analysis, trend analysis, anomaly detection) to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential risks within the data.
• Delivery various periodical audit tasks, such as risk assessment, control validation, and fraud detection activities
• Enable data transformation activities
• Collaborate with other People & Communication functional teams to lift data literacy, enabling improved people data analytics, reporting and insights.
Skills & Experience
• 8+ years in a related field developing end to end reporting solutions
• Tertiary qualification in relevant field
• Experience in detailed data analysis and insights
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and reporting
• High level proficiency in Excel
• Building pipelines in data warehouse using SAS/SQL
• Automation of scripts using UNIX
• Experience using tools like Qlik, Power BI
• Experience in Data warehousing set up and management using a platform such as Snowflake
