About the Role

This role is responsible for the delivery of a range of administrative services to support the operation of the Customer Outcomes team.

Duties

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as an Administration Assistant you will:

  • Primarily support the Dispute Resolution Team but will also assist with the Significant Litigation Team to cover absences when required.
  • Be responsible for daily screening, allocation and setting up of internal reviews and litigation  
  • Distributing daily emails.
  • Completing weekly and monthly reporting as required.
  • Completing routine financial transactions and claim activities.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a similar role, with an understanding of the insurance industry.
  • Prior experience and understanding of workers compensation is preferred.
  • Prior experience with the Personal Injury Commission is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
