Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Senior Process Analyst Insights & Optimisation you will:
Process insights and data analysis
Gather and analyse process performance data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvements
Support and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs to track process effectiveness
Work with stakeholders to translate business objectives into measurable process insights
Process optimisation and improvement
Lead initiatives to streamline, standardise and enhance business processes, in line with the organisation’s strategic objectives
Apply lean six sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to drive efficiency
Collaborate with teams to eliminate waste and improve process cycle times
Support automation efforts and identify areas where technology can enhance workflows
Research and understand industry best practices and emerging trends in process optimisation
Stakeholder engagement and change management
Co-design, lead and embed optimisation ways of working across icare, including a prioritised backlog of process optimisation initiatives
Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand pain points and drive improvements
Facilitate workshops and training sessions on process optimisation best practices
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within teams
Support the effective communication and adoption of process improvements across the organisation
Governance & Compliance
Ensure that process improvements align with regulatory risk and compliance requirements
Maintain process documentation in line with company standards and ensure updates reflect the latest changes.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Senior Business Process Analyst or Senior Business Analyst
Previous experience specifically in process optimisation
Expert in Microsoft Office suite (including Visio, Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, Project, and Teams).
Intermediate in data analytics/reporting/insights capability
Expert with Lean Sigma/DMAIC.
