About the Role
The Senior Process Analyst Governance & Assurance will support the Manager, Business Process & Analysis Practice and broader practice team. The role is focused on leading process governance and assurance activities that supports the implementation and embedment of the newly established Business Process enterprise hub and spoke model. The Senior Process Analyst Governance & Assurance will play a key role in supporting Community of Practice (CoP) events and initiatives, championing our governance and assurance frameworks, and working closely with the broader enterprise to educate and upskill in the area of Process Management.

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Senior Process Analyst Governance & Assurance you will:
Process governance and standardisation
Establish and enforce process governance frameworks/procedures to ensure consistency and quality in process management across the enterprise, without compromising agility
Define and maintain process ownership structures across the organisation
Ensure alignment of processes with company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements
Maintain a central repository of process documentation and ensure it remains up to date
Process compliance, risk management and assurance
Conduct regular audits, reviews and risk assessments to identify process non-compliance and inefficiencies
Develop and implement corrective actions to address process gaps
Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure regulatory and operational risk requirements are met.
Stakeholder engagement and support
Provide guidance and support to process owners and teams on governance policies and standards
Facilitate training and awareness sessions to promote process compliance and best practices
Manage the process ‘front door’ to ensure the enterprise has the tools, resources and capability to document new or update existing processes
Continuous improvement and reporting
Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to track process compliance and completion. Work closely with optimization leads to understand process performance.
Drive initiatives to enhance process maturity, quality and accountability
Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Senior Business Process Analyst or Senior Business Analyst
Previous experience working in or with risk and compliance – a sound knowledge of operational risk management.
Expert in Microsoft Office suite (including Visio, Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, Project, and Teams).
Intermediate in data analytics/reporting/insights capability
Expert with Lean Sigma/DMAIC.
