About the Role

As a planner you will provide support to the business to produce programs and schedules for inclusion in submissions which ensure optimum results with regard to time within a tender.  This role will also provide support our site teams in regard to project controls.

  • Review tender documents for scope of works, contract requirements, and any other factors which may affect the timing of the project.
  • Produce programs (P6) that meet the needs of the submission.
  • Produce programs that are fully resourced and costed.
  • Measure and report program/project performance based on KPI's and earned value analysis.
  • Be aware of Risks and Opportunities within the project brought about by programming.
  • Participate in post tender negotiations.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
  • Proven knowledge of construction and engineering techniques and sequences.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Excel and Primavera.
  • Well-developed communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal).
  • Be a team player, focused on outcomes for the company as a whole.
