About the role

The Irrigation Leading Hand will oversee the day-to-day operations of the irrigation crew, ensuring efficient installation and maintenance of irrigation systems across various projects. This role involves hands-on work, supervising team members, and coordinating with project managers to deliver results on time and within budget.

To be successful in this role, you will need

• Certificate 3 qualified installers preferred 
• Previous experience managing work crews
• Experience with TCC installation specification preferred but not essential 
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication skills
