About the role

We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our high calibre team based in Canberra. As Site Engineer, you will draw on your demonstrated site and engineering experience, to:

  • Work closely with site supervisors to provide engineering and technical support
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of activities
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex challenges and strive towards safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirements
  • Manage the quality assurance of works and oversee procurement requirements

To be successful in these roles, you will need

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
  • Motivation to achieve value-for-money results
  • Experience with reputable local contractors working on civil construction projects ranging in value -previous experience with major tier one or two contractors undertaking similar work.
