About the role:

As an experienced Contracts Administrator, you will support the Construction Manager with the oversight and input into commercial aspects of the project to ensure its successful completion. 

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Develop, set up and administer all project sub-contract agreements.
  • Develop the project budget, track costs and maintain project valuations.
  • Undertake cost planning and quantity surveying as required by the project.
  • Verify sub-contractor quotes.
  • Prepare monthly project reports for the client on the construction management scope

  • Manage client relationships and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain good interpersonal skills and work with the team to achieve all allocated tasks to a high standard.
  • Demonstrate good critical reasoning, problem solving and analytical skills with a talent for lateral thinking.
  • Display strong budget management and reporting skills.
  • experience using SharePoint and/or JobPac software applications, and the Microsoft Office suite.
