About the Role

Expanding on its founding origins as a commercial landscape company, the building division of JMac has grown in size and capability emerging as a fierce competitor in the commercial sector.

The position offers the opportunity to support commercial landscape operations, as well as assist in the expansion of the commercial sector, whilst benefiting from the support and opportunities of the wider BMD Group.

The successful candidate will be a passionate and driven professional who will make a significant impact working across infrastructure, commercial and urban development projects.

In this role, you will support our Project Managers and the JMac leadership team across Queensland and Victoria to:

• Promote the development and implementation of safety standards that address all compliance and due diligence requirements
• Assist with education and training of BMD staff to achieve quality safety outcomes
• Conduct high value safety audits and inspections
• Generating insightful reports for senior management and internal stakeholders to appropriately focus energy and resources
• Support the preparation and implementation of work method statements, project plans, and inspection and test plans.
• Develop and implement system changes and improvements.
