About the role

This role will oversee and manage the Risk Allocated Maximum Price framework for our joint venture project. This role ensures the accurate identification, allocation, and integration of risks into pricing models while maintaining financial and operational control. You will be responsible for bid formation, schedule management, and ensuring high-quality submissions that meet client requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the RAMP bid schedule to ensure timely and accurate submissions
  • Leading the bid development process, including risk allocation and pricing integration
  • Ensuring consistency in presentation, content, and compliance across all submissions
  • Engaging with stakeholders, contractors, and clients to align risk management strategies.
  • Monitoring risks, tracking costs, and refining the RAMP process for continuous improvement

About you

You have a strong background in bids, tendering, and risk management, with a proven track record in bid formation and delivery management. You excel at leading teams, managing multiple estimates, and ensuring bid success. Other key requirements include:

  • Strategic and analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to coordinate multiple estimates and meet deadlines
  • Experience in bid & tender process management, reporting, and compliance
  • Knowledge of risk allocation, cost integration, and financial controls
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Understanding of civil infrastructure and project risk management
