What you’ll do:
As a Graduate Site Engineer, you’ll get the chance to explore multiple functions of the projects you work on to get an in-depth understanding of the core elements required for delivery. You will work as part of the team and play a key role in ensuring all work is delivered in accordance with quality, time, production, safety and environmental objectives of the project in line with our expectations as a business.

We are also looking for a graduate who can showcase resilience, enthusiasm and collaboration to achieve positive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
To qualify for this position, you must have completed a Bachelor of Civil/Structural Engineering or Bachelor of Construction Management (graduating in 2025 or mid-2026).
Candidates will require their own transport to project sites.
