Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for an experienced administration professional to join our high performing project team, based in the Devonport. You will provide vital administrative support to the team, efficiently and autonomously implementing and managing key processes and documentation. Drawing on your excellent communication skills, you will build positive relationships across all levels to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site. You will be responsible for various disciplines including site administration, document control, safety support, project management support, stakeholder and communications support, with tasks including:

  • detailed preparation and recording of internal and external correspondence
  • development and maintenance of comprehensive contract filing systems
  • timely management of daily procurement and commercial documentation
  • setting and maintaining administration standards and best practice across the project.
  • Collate and distribute monthly invoices and progress claims to clients; monitor subcontractor insurance expiry.
  • Oversee CMS compliance, plant registers, and safety statistics; participate in safety meetings, walks, and audits.
  • Implement and coordinate project administration systems; maintain site office operations, supplies, and services.

You may also have the following additional skills:

  • experience in the civil construction industry
  • experience in the reporting, reviewing and analysis of project financial performance
  • experience using SharePoint and/or JobPac software applications, and the Microsoft Office suite.
