About the role:

The Organisational Change Lead – ERP & Digital Transformation is responsible for leading the people-side change associated with enterprise-wide digital initiatives, particularly ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics  or TechnologyOne (beneficial)). This role ensures that impacted stakeholders are engaged, prepared, and supported throughout the transformation journey, enabling successful adoption and sustained benefits realisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with ERP and digital program goals.
  • Conduct change impact assessments across business units, functions, and geographies.
  • Define and implement stakeholder engagement plans tailored to ERP-specific impacts (e.g., process redesign, role changes, system interfaces).

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Support

  • Partner with program sponsors, business leads, and functional SMEs to drive change readiness.
  • Coach senior leaders and change champions to lead through change and act as visible advocates.
  • Facilitate stakeholder forums, town halls, and feedback loops to ensure alignment and buy-in.

Communication & Training

  • Design and deliver targeted communications that articulate the vision, benefits, and impacts of the ERP/digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with training teams to develop role-based learning pathways and user support materials.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints.

Change Execution & Adoption

  • Monitor adoption metrics, user feedback, and resistance trends; adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Support business readiness activities including UAT, go-live preparation, and hypercare.
  • Embed change management into project governance and delivery frameworks.

Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Management

  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to the development of reusable change assets and playbooks.
  • Promote a culture of digital literacy, agility, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be an experienced self-starter with:

  • Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience in leading organisational change for ERP and digital transformation programs.
  • Proven track record with large-scale ERP implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent)
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation and its impact on people, processes, and culture.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in complex, matrixed environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile and hybrid delivery models is highly desirable.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Change Management, or related fields.
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG) preferred.
