About the role 

We are looking for an experienced administration professional to join our high performing project team, based in our corporate head office at the Port of Brisbane. You will provide vital administrative support to the team, efficiently and autonomously implementing and managing key processes and documentation.

Key responsibilities

Drawing on your excellent communication skills, you will build positive relationships across all levels to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site, with tasks including:

  • Processing of Subcontractor Monthly Claims
  • Drafting and Issuing Subcontractor Contracts
  • Issuing Tax Invoices to clients and following up on payment dates
  • Accurate and timely project drawing management
  • Working with multiple the Project Teams providing Project Admin Support
  • Ensuring Subcontractor Insurance Compliance is current
  • Timely management of daily procurement and commercial documentation
  • Setting and maintaining administration standards and best practice across the project

About you

(Desirable)

  • Civil construction industry experience
  • Ability to review, analysis and report project documentation in an accurate and effective manner
  • Experience using SharePoint and/or JobPac software applications, and the Microsoft Office suite.
