About the Role

BMD is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Project Directors or Project Construction Managers for a diverse portfolio of upcoming infrastructure projects in West and North Melbourne.  

You will play a crucial role in overseeing and mentoring multiple Project/Area Managers to deliver complex infrastructure projects across sectors including airports, water, transport and civil.  You will be responsible for:

• Driving project delivery excellence across multiple sites.
• Leading and mentoring Project/Area Managers and their teams.
• Ensuring safety, environmental, and quality standards are upheld.
• Managing budgets, programs, and client relationships to achieve repeat business.
• Supporting bids and tenders for upcoming projects.
• Promoting the BMD Way and fostering a strong team culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in leading large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel locally and interstate as required.
