About the role

We’re looking for a motivated Graduate Change Coordinator to join our Change Management Team as part of BMD’s Digital ERP Transformation Program.

This role requires someone confident working within a large, fast-paced organisation and comfortable communicating across diverse stakeholder groups, including a remote and site-based workforce.

 

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and deliver communications across a range of platforms, including intranet posts, newsletters, videos and presentations
  • Engage with stakeholders, from site-based teams to senior leaders.
  • Translate complex, technical concepts into clear, accessible messages for diverse audiences
  • Support training, onboarding and engagement initiatives that help employees adapt to new systems and ways of working
  • Monitor feedback and communication effectiveness, helping to refine our approach and improve employee experience.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, offering graduates the chance to build their career in change while contributing to one of BMD’s most significant transformation projects.

 

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to simplify complex information into engaging content
  • Confidence working with a wide range of people and teams
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with digital tools such as MS Office, SharePoint and Canva (bonus points for Adobe InDesign).

 

Qualifications

  • A recent degree in Business, Communications, Commerce, HR, Psychology, Business Information Systems, or a related field
