Who we’re looking for:

As an experienced Civil Supervisor / Foreman, you will work collaboratively with the Project Managers to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes. You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors.  With a robust pipeline of projects ahead, you will have opportunities to build a long-term career with an employer who fosters a high performing, transparent and accountable culture.

You will motivate and support other Foreman and Leading Hands, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program, while ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:

• Certificate III in Civil Construction
• extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience
• excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
• motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program.

You may also have the following additional desirable skills:

• Certificate IV Civil Supervision.
