Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Fleet Administrator to assist in the day-to-day administration relating to new fleet acquisitions, fleet disposals, as well as providing ongoing support to the Fleet Manager. As an individual with a strong attention to detail and excellent relationship-building skills, you will apply your skills to:

  • Monitor and manage the shared fleet inbox
  • Order & manage fuel cards & motorway devices
  • Liaise with the fleet assistant regarding vehicle transport & day to day fleet activities
  • Update GPS drivers logs & action driver changes in the system
  • Assist, review & submit insurance claims & excess payments
  • Assist with vehicle loans, transfers & disposals
  • General data management, scanning & housekeeping
  • Provide day to day assistance to the fleet manager & greater business management

 The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:

  • A good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including outlook, excel & word
  • Motor Vehicle Mechanical Knowledge 
  • Knowledge of Fleet Management & Maintenance Principles (desirable)
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills demonstrated in managing multiple internal and external business partners.
  • Open drivers licence
