About the Role

As a BMD Planner, you’ll play a key role in both pre-contracts and operational project support. You’ll help shape construction methodologies, develop programs, and provide insights that drive successful tender submissions and project delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Provide practical programming advice to tender and project teams.
• Review tender documents for scope, contract requirements, and timing impacts.
• Develop optimised programs for tenders and projects using various software.
• Prepare fully resourced and costed programs.
• Support post-tender negotiations and project handovers.
• Monitor progress, report on milestones, KPIs, and earned value.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities through programming.
• Assist with contractual claims and mentor team members.
• Stay updated on planning tools and industry developments.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ on-site experience with strong construction knowledge 
• Solid understanding of contract management and program analysis.
• Advanced programming skills across multiple software platforms.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Civil Engineering degree preferred but not essential.
