About the Role

In this role, you will take ownership of onsite construction and installation activities for modular housing projects across Warwick, Miles and Roma. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification while contributing to a strong, collaborative site culture aligned with Urbex and BMD values.

You will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders to ensure modular units are delivered, installed, serviced and completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily onsite operations across multiple regional project sites.
• Oversee installation and finishing of modular housing units.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and maintain accurate site documentation.
• Provide leadership and clear direction to site teams and subcontractors.
• Manage resources, logistics and delivery schedules to meet project milestones.
• Review drawings, specifications and relevant council requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Prepare daily site reports including weather, progress, delays and plant usage.
• Coordinate material deliveries, onsite works and subcontractor activities.
• Support claims, variations, site measurements and project control processes.
• Champion Zero Harm through proactive safety leadership.
