About the Role

Join our dynamic team on the Charmhaven WWTP Project! We’re seeking a Cost Controller to support the project with contract administration, cost verification, financial tracking and compliance activities. This role is critical in ensuring that all project costs, forecasts, and claims are accurate, timely and aligned with BMD’s project controls.

Key Responsibilities:

In this critical role, you will review and monitor contractual and financial matters, ensuring comprehensive understanding of all head contract requirements and subcontractor/supplier agreements. Your expertise will drive commercial excellence through:

What We're Looking For

• Education - Tertiary qualification in engineering, quantity surveying, finance, accounting, legal studies, or business discipline (Advantagous)
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess strong analytical, budgeting and reporting capability.
• Be confident engaging with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Be proactive, positive and aligned with BMD’s values.
• Have good working knowledge of construction industry practices.

  Be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and Jobpac (or similar financial systems).
