About Urbex

Urbex, a BMD Group company, is an innovative residential and commercial developer delivering projects in sole ownership, joint venture and consortium partnerships across Australia.

Established in 2003, Urbex has become a major force in the national development market, creating high-quality communities that meet the evolving lifestyle needs of Australians. Backed by BMD’s 45+ years of integrated civil infrastructure expertise, Urbex combines financial strength, delivery capability and a people-first culture to drive performance, innovation and long-term success.

About the Role

Join our national team and play a pivotal role in transforming Urbex’s customer and data capabilities as we scale for significant growth. We’re seeking a HubSpot CRM Manager to lead the vision, governance, and hands‑on execution of our CRM strategy.

This role is both strategic and hands‑on, responsible for setting the CRM vision, governance and operating model, while actively configuring and optimising HubSpot day‑to‑day. You will work closely with the Urbex Marketing team and collaborate across BMD Group business units to ensure data is captured, connected and activated in ways that genuinely support our people, our customers and our partners.

Success in this role requires more than technical expertise. We are looking for someone who brings strong interpersonal skills, balanced judgement and a collaborative mindset, and who is comfortable working across diverse teams and stakeholders in a growing, evolving organisation.

You will own the CRM roadmap and help mature Urbex’s CRM capability at scale, supporting our “1,000 lots settlement per annum” growth ambition through improved data quality, governance, privacy compliance, platform optimisation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evolve the CRM strategy and roadmap to align processes and tools with business goals.
  • Strengthen CRM governance, ensuring data integrity, privacy compliance and alignment with BMD Group standards.
  • Serve as HubSpot’s platform administrator and SME, overseeing workflows, properties, pipelines, roles, and documentation in alignment with operational and business requirements.
  • Maintain clear documentation and build user capability through training, onboarding, guides and playbooks.
  • Deliver dashboards and reports that support timely, informed decision‑making.
  • Work cross‑functionally to support sales processes, marketing automation, and customer communications, including B2B and internal communication streams.
  • Partner with external providers (HubSpot partners, BI teams, integration specialists) for system enhancements and support.
  • Contribute to analytics, segmentation and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, data definitions, governance standards and processes.

About You

You’re a systems thinker who balances strategic thinking  with practical execution. You value data integrity, thoughtful communication and continuous improvement — and understand that CRM capability only creates value when people adopt it.

You will thrive if you:

  • Move comfortably between strategy, solution design and hands‑on work.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Build trust through a calm, considered and collaborative working style.
  • Enjoy empowering others, through clear processes, tools and guidance building scalable processes and governance.
  • Align with Urbex’s values of being Collaborative, Empowered, Family‑focused and Driven.
  • Are motivated by purpose and the opportunity to help power the future of our people and the communities we operate in.
  •

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–8 years’ experience managing CRM platforms, with proven, hands on expertise in HubSpot configuration, automation and reporting (mandatory).
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, privacy and CRM best practice.
  • Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
  • Advanced analytics capability; able to convert data into insights.
  • High‑level organisational and project management skills.
  • Advanced Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar is required.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in property development.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of an award‑winning national team and shape a major CRM transformation.
  • Work within a stable organisation backed by the BMD Group, with long‑term capability and a people‑first culture.
  • Join a collaborative, relationship‑driven environment focused on open communication and practical problem‑solving.
  • Partner with supportive internal teams and trusted external specialists to drive meaningful improvement.
  • Align with values that matter — Family, Empowered, Collaborative and Driven.

Diversity & Inclusion

We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where people feel supported , respected and able to contribute their best. We encourage people from all backgrounds to bring their  perspective, and help us build capability that powers futures and creates legacies.
