About the Role
BMD Constructions, together with Abergeldie and KBR (as ABK Joint Venture), have secured South East Water (SEW) Integrated Planning and Delivery (IPD) capital works program as part of a milestone 10-year contract.

We are seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join our SEW panel projects team. This is a site-based role, supporting the day-to-day delivery of water infrastructure works and ensuring construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily site operations to ensure works are delivered in line with program, drawings, and specifications
• Assist supervisors with planning and coordinating crews, subcontractors, and plant
• Implement and monitor site HSEQ requirements, including inspections, permits, and risk assessments
• Assist with quality control processes, including ITPs, hold points, and as-built documentation
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
• Track site progress, quantities, and assist with reporting and basic cost control
• Contribute to sustainable construction practices and environmental management on site

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in engineering (civil or related)
• Previous experience on civil infrastructure or water projects (preferred)
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
