About the Role

We are seeking experienced Project Engineers - Civil and Electrical to join our high-performing delivery teams on a range of exciting infrastructure projects across Victoria.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the planning and delivery of major infrastructure projects, working closely with construction teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project planning, programming and cost control
• Procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers
• Preparation and review of technical documentation, ITPs and methodologies
• Contract administration, variations and reporting
• Coordination of site activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Supporting construction teams to achieve project milestones

About You

You will be a driven and collaborative engineer who is looking to grow your career on large, complex projects.

Ideally, you will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience working as a Project Engineer (or Site Engineer ready to step up) on infrastructure projects
• Exposure to projects within transport, water, utilities, renewables or aviation environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive approach to safety, quality and continuous improvement
