  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and version control of all incoming and outgoing documents
  • Coordinate document workflows including reviews, approvals, and transmittals
  • Support project teams with document retrieval and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, naming conventions, and document control procedures
  • Assist with audits and ensure document control processes meet quality and compliance requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely document exchange

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Proactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous experience in a Document Controller or similar role within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with document management systems (e.g. Aconex, TeamBinder, or similar)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of document control processes, workflows, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience working on large-scale projects (desirable)
