The Role

Due to sustained growth in South Australia, we are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Advisor to support the successful delivery of significant civil infrastructure projects across the state.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes on SA infrastructure projects. You’ll lead the implementation and continuous improvement of project quality systems, collaborating closely with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project quality management systems in line with BMD and ISO standards
  • Prepare, implement and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and quality documentation
  • Conduct internal audits, inspections and surveillance activities
  • Support site teams in quality planning, compliance and best practice
  • Manage non-conformances, corrective/preventative actions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality standards are consistently met
  • Contribute to project reporting and client engagement on quality outcomes

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in a Senior Quality Advisor role within civil construction (roads, structures, rail or similar)
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
  • Experience managing audits, ITPs, NCRs and quality reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, site-based project environment
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or similar (preferred)
