The Role

Due to sustained growth in South Australia, we are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to support the successful delivery of significant civil infrastructure projects across the state.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will play a key role in the commercial management of our SA projects - ensuring contracts are administered effectively, risks are managed, and project outcomes are optimised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead contract administration activities across major infrastructure projects
  • Prepare, review, and manage subcontract packages and procurement processes
  • Administer head contract obligations, including variations, claims, and EOTs
  • Manage subcontractor performance, payments, and commercial negotiations
  • Provide commercial advice to the project team and support decision-making
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and company requirements

About You

You’re a commercially astute Contracts Administrator ready to step into a senior role, or an experienced Senior CA looking for your next challenge.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in contract administration within civil infrastructure or construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of head and subcontract conditions (e.g. AS contracts)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage variations, claims, and cost control
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar
