About the Role

With a strong pipeline of upcoming and tendered works across Victoria, are seeking motivated Site Engineers to join our team supporting infrastructure projects in the Healesville VIC region.

You’ll work closely with experienced Project Engineers and Supervisors, gaining hands-on experience in delivering complex civil and water infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting project delivery in line with safety, quality and environmental standards
• Assisting with planning, programming and cost control
• Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
• Managing documentation, reporting and project records
• Liaising with engineers, supervisors and stakeholders
• Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with specifications

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in civil infrastructure, ideally within water or utilities (desirable)
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site-based delivery
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
