We’re looking for experienced Rail Project Engineers specialising in track, civils, electrification, and plant and signalling. You will collaborate with senior project team members to drive optimal production and cost efficiency within our extensive pipeline of major rail projects across the UK.

You will join an enthusiastic team of like-minded experts dedicated to seeing things differently in our approach to project delivery.

As a Rail Project Engineer, you will:

• deliver onsite engineering services and technical support with unwavering commitment to meet safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirements
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain strong working relationships and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
• demonstrate strong leadership qualities by mentoring Site Engineers and Graduates to achieve innovative solutions to complex challenges.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• a Bachelor Degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• demonstrated experience on rail projects as a Project Engineer (Contractors Responsible Engineer) with a main contractor
• signalling, track, and/or electrical and plant experience highly advantageous
• a commitment to prioritising health and safety on projects
• a results oriented approach with a proven track record for achieving value-for money results.
