We’re looking for experienced Rail Project Managers in the disciplines of track, civils, electrification and plant, and signalling. You will be accountable for the successful completion of designated projects and commissions for our clients, adhering to budget and timeframes to ensure our commissions are delivered safely and successfully.

You will join an enthusiastic team of like-minded experts dedicated to seeing things differently in our approach to project delivery.

As a Rail Project Manager, you will:

• develop, build and maintain long standing relationships with clients whilst providing advice, guidance and facilitation needs
• effectively plan and meet agreed client deliverables to tusp’s exacting standards
• undertake commissions that will deliver the physical and financial objectives detailed in tusp’s business plan
• provide clients with regular progress reports
• use your relationship management expertise to identify and develop new business opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• a degree level qualification
• a membership of Association for Project Management (APM) or similar
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• a results-oriented approach with a proven track record for achieving value-for money results
• well-developed project management skills
• a commitment to prioritising health and safety on projects
• client or contractor side Project Manager experience on multi-disciplined rail projects
• the ability to work autonomously as well as lead teams, set targets and monitor progress.
