We’re looking for experienced Project Controls Managers with consultancy experience and demonstrated capability in the rail sector to provide an assurance function for the management and implementation of processes and systems within major rail projects across the UK.

You will join an enthusiastic team of like-minded experts dedicated to seeing things differently in our approach to project delivery.

As a Project Controls Manager, you will:

• oversee project governance, controls and reporting systems
• manage cost, estimation, scheduling, risk and quality assurance systems
• ensure efficient and effective management of the client’s programme of work
• drive transparency and visibility of progress and performance across all stages of the project and programme lifecycle
• manage initial estimating to size proposed projects
• manage projects through to completion and post-implementation. 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• a degree level qualification
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• a commitment to prioritising health and safety on projects
• excellent earned value knowledge, experience in change control processes and risk management
• demonstrated experience on rail projects with multiple disciplines, ideally having worked at both contractor and client side
• well-developed project controls management experience utilising primavera P6
• the ability to work autonomously as well as lead teams, set targets and monitor progress.
