Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for experienced Rail Quantity Surveyors of all levels with civils, earthwork and structures experience to support the successful delivery of projects alongside the project team to achieve production and cost outcomes. 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Accredited qualification by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES)
• Proven experience as Quantity Surveyor on rail projects with main contractors
• High level verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in managing NEC forms of contracts
• Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
• Motivation to achieve value-for-money results
