What’s great about this role?

As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our RCT Floating Support and Housing First projects. You will lead a dedicated team, Supervise, motivate and develop staff, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to the growth and development of our services.

You will also collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance service delivery, and organise and participate in meetings to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, meeting performance targets, addressing health and safety concerns, managing scheme finances, and carrying out additional duties to ensure smooth project operations.

  • Previous experience in a support environment in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
  • A commitment to promoting learning and development within the team

  • Work Pattern: Hours are predominately worked between Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm but flexibility is required as there may sometimes be weekend working.
