Where does the role fit it?   

In this role, you’ll support colleagues across Care & Support by delivering training, resolving system queries, and championing the use of the new Nourish system.

You’ll be part of the Care & Support Systems Team, working closely with the Technology Delivery Partner as well as colleagues across ICT, HR, Finance, and operational services. As a Systems Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our front-line teams have the right tools and data to deliver outstanding support. Your work will directly shape how effectively we provide care, maintain regulatory compliance, and continuously improve the way we work.

Day to Day Duties:

As part of our high-performing Systems Team, you will help ensure our information and business systems are rolled out and used effectively across Care & Support. You will be the go-to person for system queries, training, and data quality, supporting operational colleagues to deliver outstanding services.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a Super User and administrator for key systems.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on system use.
  • Monitor and audit systems, producing reports for managers, regulators, and stakeholders.
  • Work with ICT, HR, and Finance colleagues to keep systems accurate and up to date.
  • Support system updates, testing, and implementation.

 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is:

  • The energy and resilience to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team.
  • Confidence in using systems (no formal IT qualification needed)
  • A reactive and adaptable approach to change and challenges
  • An understanding of Care & Support services and the needs of our customers
  • Confidence to challenge colleagues constructively with support from Managers and your team
  • Confident delivering training and supporting colleagues with IT and system queries.

Pobl Benefits

  • Full-time, Fixed term for 18 months (from start date)
  • Competitive salary of £27,047.00
  • Work pattern: Monday – Friday with the option of a 9-day fortnight
  • Location/Base:  Hybrid – working across our Care & Support areas, at our head offices, and from home
  • Training: You will receive practical, hands-on training from our technology delivery partner.
  • This role requires a basic DBS check, which we pay for
  • 26 days (pro rata) holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays
  • 45p per mile
