Your day will consist of:

• Encourage and motivate clients to engage with their community and develop life and social skills
• Provide housing-related support to help clients take on and maintain a tenancy to prevent homelessness
• Offer advice, information and support to clients
• Complete all necessary administrative tasks related to the job, including developing risk assessments, support plans and risk management plans
• Manage a caseload of clients with varying needs and levels of support
• Liaise and work closely with other agencies and professionals to meet clients' needs
• Assist clients with potential benefits and help them register with healthcare providers

Who we are looking for:

• Have good organisation, IT and record keeping skills

It is essential for the successful candidate to have access to a car, have a full driver’s licence, and be happy to transport customers in their car.

The service also provides support to those who reside at our supported housing project and therefore part of the role will include carrying sleep-in shifts at the project. .

• Full-time (37hrs), Permanent
• A competitive salary of £23,585.00
• You will receive an addition payment of £34.54 for each sleep-in.
• You will work on a rolling shift pattern which would involve: Days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
