Where does this role fit in?

As a Repairs Scheduler, you’ll be a key part of our Pobl Trades team, ensuring our responsive repairs service runs smoothly. You’ll be planning and coordinating work for our skilled engineers, making sure jobs are scheduled efficiently and completed on time. Your role is key in helping us maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

You’ll also be the first point of contact for repairs queries, working closely with customers, engineers, and stakeholders to find the best solutions. Your ability to stay organised and communicate effectively will help us provide an outstanding service to the communities we support.

Essential:

  • Planning & Scheduling: Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordinating
  • IT Skills: Confident using Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage schedules and communication.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Organisation & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick thinking with the ability to resolve issues independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of KPIs: Awareness of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and how they drive service improvements.
  • Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

What are the pay and benefits? 

  • This is a permanent role for 40 hours per week. The salary for this role is £27,810
  • Working days are predominately Monday to Friday days or you have the opportunity to work compressed hours on a 9 day fortnight.
  • Base is either Swansea or Cwmbran and there is an expectation for regular time to be spent on site in the office.
  • 26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays , rising to 30 days with length of service
  • The successful candidate will need a basic DBS check in place, which we pay for.
